Below, you will find quick and easy Microsoft Live
download instructions. Please do early as possible
prior to the meeting to avoid delays in the start
of the webinar!
Step by step instructions in configuring
“Microsoft Live”
How to download “Microsoft Live” Quickly and
Easily!
If possible, please do this well before the
meeting:
Step 1: In the Microsoft Live invitation, click on
the check your system link.
Step 2: You will be prompted to install Microsoft
Live Meeting or join with Web Console. Scroll down
to the Accept, Install and Join button, click on
that button.
Step 3: You will be prompted to “Run This Program
Now”, click “OK”.
Step 4: A dialog box will pop up and state “Do you
want to run this file”? (File Name: LMSetup.exe)
Hit the Run button.
Step 5: A script will appear after it tries to
connect your computer to Live Meeting stating that
you have connected and you can close your browser.
